I ordered a few parts from DIYGeek. I interacted fully via WhatsApp. The person assisting was very helpful, knowledgable and provided some good tips for my Inverter setup.Unfortunately one of the parts I ordered turned out be out of stock, I was very promptly notified, and a refund was processed with minutes!I was very impressed with the level of service!

Response time on whatsapp was super fast. And advice was reliable, to the point and extremely helpful. I bought inverters on Sunday and received them Tuesday morning before 08:00. Thanks Diy Geek. Looking forward to my next transaction with you.

I order and Axpert invert 7.2KW from DIY Geek but unfortunately I missed that I needed to confirm stock availability.The guys were super helpful and suggested several good alternatives. In the end though I did not take one of the suggested alternatives and rather requested a refund. The refund was done very promptly after requesting it.I would definitely deal with them in the future again.
